the vacuum cleaner is so good. gets all the dust and even more that can be seen. delivery was late though which took away from what could be said as nothing but a positive experience.

We've had one for several months. It's far better than the Miele it replaced. Suction is slightly less than the top Dyson, but it's much easier and lighter to use. Carpet cleaning is excellent, including complete removal of dog hairs. No expensive, messy bags are needed and the container is easy to empty and occasionally wash out.

After selling major brand vacuum cleaners, I decided to try Kogans cyclonic vacuum cleaner. Delivery was fast, and the delivery man told me he liked the product. After having used it I can only agree. It SUCKS. and doesnt loose suction like previous vacuum cleaners after only a few uses. The tools could be improved as there are some minor niggles but if improved could run alongside the other selling for many hundreds of dollars more.

Great service! Ordered on Tuesday and delivered to the door on Friday. Had just finished vacuuming but couldn't resist trying my new one out so vacuumed a large rug in the lounge room and was amazed to see more dust and fluff come off it. So, very happy with product so far and I don't find it all that noisy. Thank you!
