This is a great machine. Intuitive controls. Convection oven is so easy to use. Desired temp achieved quickly. Auto countdown timer that's easy to use. Needs good ventilation with convection oven going. So good I'm getting my daughter one...and no postage to her place...she'll be happy!

Bought one of these two months ago. Am pleased with the product as it does what it is meant to. Have to get used to using a lower wattage microwave as the previous one I had was 1200watts and could heat things faster. e.g. a cup of milk in a Panasonic heats up to my liking in one min, this takes 1.30 min. Other than that this is good. Price: I paid 550 for the Panasonic that went belly up in 3 years. Door jammed and wont open and its not worth having fixed. ($80 plus parts $200) I had issues with the dispatch company Kogan uses. I took leave and waited at home only to find the delivery bloke left a card in my mail box instead of ringing the door bell to see if anyone was at home. Was a pain to have this redelivered again as the call centre did not have a clue where it was and the online system said its waiting at the depot etc. This was a frustrating experience of collecting this. The product is doing well so far, no dissatisfaction in any manner whatsoever.

The delivery on Kogan products is amazing. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday. The only complaint I have is that the user manual is not comprehensive enough and fails to explain all the functions detail that is easily understood. I have bought a Video camera as well and very pleased with the product. Best value in Australia.
